Withdrawal
The customer of “PANAGROTIKI S.A” has the right to withdraw from the transaction without any penalty and without stating the reasons within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods sold. Evidence could be the receipt of the shipment.
The declaration of withdrawal is carried out by filling in and sending to us the withdrawal form, which can be found in our website, within the fourteen-day deadline. For withdrawal’s validity, the product has to be returned in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the documents issued. In this case, you are not charged with any expense, except for the freight costs. The return of the product must have been completed within 14 days from the day of sending of the form of withdrawal.
In case that our company perform a delivery proven to be incorrect, such as delivering a product other than that ordered, or if the delivery item is damaged, totally or partial, or in the event that the item is defective, the user must either not accept receiving the product, or request its replacement or the sending of another up to the amount of premium payment, or the refund of the price paid. In case that the delivered item is found defective, the product must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase date indicated and be accompanied by the sales receipt or purchase invoice.
Please note that in case of payment by credit card, cash is not returned to your bank account. The amount will be credited through the bank of “Eurobank” to your credit card.
