Walnut Disbarking Line is used in processing walnuts and has the following equipment:

• a ripper - separator
• An elevator, connecting the breaker-separator with the main separator
• Lord separator
• Sorting the Bank, in which the crumb driven one last screening
• a Kalimprador, which is usually added and kalimprador separating kernels of different sizes at the end

Each of these machines has the following characteristics:

 1.      Crusher Walnut "JUNIOR"

 2.      Separator Shell SEJ400 (for removal of the crushed shells)

 3.      ECO Elevator 

 4.      Principal separator ENO 0001

The Principal separator has the following features:

• is a mechanical system attached to a solid truck and screw

• has a wind turbine

• the product, after having passed through the crusher and the separator is passed to the main separator which is peeled completely separated from the shell

• adjusted according to the size of the nuts

• setting its velocity is electronic

 5.      Bank Sorting

The Clearing Bank has the following features:

• motor with helical gears

• Start the system on / off with thermal fuse

• galvanized steel chassis with height adjustable legs (possibility to make stainless steel)

• film of PVC

• residual wastage channeled in lateral corridors of the worker and then to 4 outputs

• the final quality product driven from the center of the film at the end of which optionally placed kalimprador

• The sorting table is ergonomic with a thickness of only 15 points so that the worker can sit in a chair and do sorting

 6.      Kalimprador

The Kalimprador has the following features:

• vibrating screen power 0,34 kw

• 3 standard calipers (1 elongated sieve ø12 /40 mm, 2 rounded sieves ø13 and ø18 mm and an extra elongated sieve ø 18/40 mm)

• total surface calibration250 mm*550 mm
